Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you access ShopZend tools and account workspaces.

Agreement
By accessing or using ShopZend, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ShopZend for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you cannot form a binding agreement where you live, do not use an account workspace.
The service
ShopZend Sync is an independent tool for previewing and performing deliberate, one-way transfers of supported content between Shopify stores connected by an authorized merchant. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves. ShopZend is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify.
Accounts and teams
You must provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to a team. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Team owners control membership and may remove access or delete a team and its associated workspace data.
Acceptable use
Do not use ShopZend to break the law, invade privacy, infringe rights, bypass access controls, disrupt or overload the service, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or resell access without permission. Do not attempt to obtain private store information or misrepresent public data as verified by ShopZend.
Public store data
Files, metaobjects, metafields, and related content are supplied by connected Shopify stores and the merchants who control them. ShopZend previews supported differences and writes only the content selected for a confirmed sync, but cannot guarantee that unsupported relationships, third-party app data, or later store changes will transfer automatically. Review the preview and job results before relying on a transfer.
Third-party services and content
Links, sign-in providers, merchant sites, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms. ShopZend does not control or assume responsibility for third-party services, products, or content.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep ShopZend reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may experience maintenance, errors, or interruptions. We may set reasonable usage limits and change features to protect performance, security, or legal compliance.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using ShopZend at any time. We may restrict or end access when these Terms are breached, use creates risk for users or the service, or the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to export account data before a permanent shutdown.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShopZend is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchant availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. ShopZend is not responsible for decisions made from merchant data or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a material change affects registered users, we will provide a reasonable notice through the service or the account email before it takes effect when required.
