Cookie Policy
The browser storage ShopZend uses and the controls available to you.
Effective September 19, 2026
What browser storage means
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a website in your browser. Similar browser storage can remember a setting on your device. ShopZend uses these technologies only for the purposes described below.
Strictly necessary cookies
When you sign in, ShopZend sets an encrypted session cookie so requests can be associated with your account and active team. This cookie is required for account workspaces, security, and sign-out. Authentication providers may set their own temporary cookies during sign-in under their policies.
Preference storage
ShopZend may store interface preferences, such as your light or dark appearance choice, in your browser so the setting remains on your device. This storage does not track activity across unrelated websites.
Analytics and advertising
ShopZend does not currently load advertising pixels or non-essential third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be provided before non-essential storage is used where required.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the ShopZend session cookie will prevent sign-in and account-workspace features from working. You can sign out to end the active session and remove the session cookie through the service.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the browser technologies or their purposes change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
