Privacy Policy
How ShopZend handles information when you use ShopZend Sync and its account workspace.

Scope
This policy applies to ShopZend websites, ShopZend Sync, account workspaces, and related support. It does not cover Shopify or other third-party services connected to or linked from ShopZend.
Information we handle
When you use ShopZend Sync, we process connected store identifiers, the content and metadata needed to preview and perform a sync, resource mappings, and job results. When you create or use an account, we handle your email address, display name, profile image when supplied by Google, sign-in method, authentication identifiers, passkey credential data, organization memberships and invitations, and workspace activity. We also receive basic request, device, and security log data needed to run and protect the service. ShopZend does not receive your Google password or the private key for a passkey.
How we use information
We use information to preview and carry out store-to-store content syncs, preserve resource mappings and job results, authenticate users, operate organization workspaces, send sign-in and invitation messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on where you live, these activities may rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing ShopZend, consent where required, or compliance with law.
Service providers and disclosures
We use hosting, database, authentication, and email-delivery services to operate ShopZend. Google receives information when you choose Google sign-in. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Retention
Account, workspace, store connection, resource mapping, and sync job information is kept while the account or organization needs the service. Short-lived sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, and organization invitation links expire after 7 days. Security logs, backups, and records required for fraud prevention or legal compliance may be kept for a limited additional period before deletion or anonymization.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also disconnect a store, remove a passkey, leave or delete an organization when the workspace allows it, or sign out to clear the active session. Some requests may be limited when retention is required for security, legal obligations, or the rights of others. Additional rights may apply in your region.
Security and international processing
ShopZend uses encrypted session cookies, access controls, and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, we use applicable safeguards for those transfers.
